Manually Add New Customer: This is a great tool to use if you have sold items to someone off of your site. It lets you keep up with all their information in one spot. You will have to assign a username and password to them.
Listings:
Customer Listing: Lists each person that has signed up for a username and password on your site. This does not only list people that have actually ordered products or services. I have found a lot of time since it will not show shipping and handling until you have signed up for an account some people sign up and then cancel their order.

Order Listing: You must select the month number from the drop down menu and type in the full year in order to pull up any orders you have for that particular month. If you want to see all orders from September 2006 you would select "9" from the drop down menu under months and then type in 2006 in the year box. Then hit Go! and all your orders for that particular month will show up. If you have no orders for that particular month it will show the screen above, but will say No Orders.
Order Tracking: After an order has been placed you can go to this page to update an order once it has shipped. You can list the date shipped, who you shipped the package through, and the tracking number if there is one. This is only useful for you unless you have the %TRACK% special tag in your html template so your customers can track their orders.
Downloads:
Customer List: Give you all the information from the Customer Listing in an excel spreadsheet so you can have a backup copy to save to your actual hard drive on your computer. If you click open the file will open on your computer but will not save it unless you go to file save. If you save the file instead of opening it the file will get saved on your computer and then you can open it when you are ready.

Inventory List: This gives you a compact list of each item you have on your website for sale. It will tell you the normal price, sale price, and how many you have on hand along with other information.
Full Product List: Shows the same information as the inventory list, but also tells you if you have any in stock with a yes/no in the inventory column.
